You’re here because you’re either a first time mom who has never experienced life after birth and you want to set yourself up to walk out the fourth trimester with ease, proper healing and nutrition, getting rid of any added stress you don’t need. Or you’re a mom of multiples and know what the previous postpartum was like and you want to experience it with a little more ease this time and a better space for self care and healing.
You deserve to be supported and celebrated as you walk into a whole new season, a whole new YOU. Let’s work together to create a peaceful and balanced postpartum experience for you and your sweet little babe.
Often, we think having our partner and/or parent to help is enough and although they are a great support person to have by our side, so many questions and thoughts arise that cannot all be answered or comforted by either one of them. This is why you want to have a Postpartum Doula by your side.

This can look as light or in depth as you would like. I have found myself making breakfast for the entire family, preparing snack plates for mom, and prepping food to store in the fridge.
-
Making sure you are getting your naps in, offering massages, prioritizing your nourishment, hydration, and mental health.
-
There are so many different little things that a newborn brings into this world when they arrive. Any advice or care that I can help provide, I am all for it to ease your worry and experience of the unknown. If it's even watching baby to give you the opportunity to shower or take nap, count me in.
-
Oh the things of the home, let laundry and the cleaning of the kitchen be ones less worry you have to think about during your fresh new days of healing and snuggling in bed with your babe. At least while I am in the home!

While the Fresh 48 are more of a "in the robe, I just had a baby" kind of shoot, the Newborn Lifestyle Session would consist of a 30 minute session of dressing up and getting all the cute shots around your house. If you google it, you'll get more of an idea.
I am happy to discuss your personal needs and interests for Postpartum Doula services that you are interested in that may not show in the packages above.

It seemed to me that I could handle any issues. That the child’s father was nearby and that we were both smart and adults. It turned out to be more difficult than we expected. I will definitely look for help with my second child, even if it’s just for her to be with my baby while I take a shower.
